By accessing or using Miiflo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Miiflo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.

Investment Disclosures & No Financial Advice

Miiflo is NOT a registered investment advisor. Miiflo does NOT provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Investment ideas (“drips”) are for educational purposes only. You acknowledge that investing in options involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Paid Subscriptions & Refunds

Free & Paid Plans: Users may access limited drips for free or purchase a subscription for premium features. Payments: Managed securely through Stripe. No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

User Conduct & Restrictions

By using Miiflo, you agree: Not to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities. Not to misuse brokerage integrations for unauthorized transactions. Not to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute proprietary Miiflo content. If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of Miiflo is subject to our Privacy Policy. Miiflo does not sell user data but may share information with service providers (see Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

No Warranties: Miiflo provides the Service “as is” with no guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for losses resulting from investment decisions based on Miiflo’s information. Third-Party Services: Miiflo is not liable for issues arising from brokerage integrations.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time by contacting [support@miiflo.com].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Colorado and United States laws. Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in [Your Location], waiving the right to class action lawsuits.
